Refund could be applied only upon written request containing reasons for your refund to sales@dripsad.com in case if Ad campaign cannot be launched due to reasons included but not limited to noncompliance of the advertising materials with the requirements of current legislation, unacceptable quality and/or content of the creative, other reasons deemed applicable by Drips Ad’s officer.
Refunds will be made in the amount of unused funds. Amount must be calculated based on Drips Ad’s reporting system.
Refund shall be applied only to the actual payments made by the Advertiser to Drips ad. All funds credited to the account of the Advertiser within the frame of participation in bonus programs or similar actions of Drips ad are non-refundable in any case and subject to the terms and conditions of such programs.
A refund request will be considered legitimate ONLY if it has been sent from the email used for Advertiser’s Account registration.
If the Advertiser initiates for refund within 15 days of activating the campaign 25% of the total amount invested on the campaign will be deducted as platform fee and 75% will be refunded from the campaign budget.
The refund may be credited back to the same payment method and same account that was used to make the payment.
The refund request will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date the request was received and approved.
Refund is not acceptable in case the Advertiser breaches terms and conditions of present Agreement or other terms agreed by the parties.
Incase of any external factors affecting business (Drips ad),Drips ad is liable to change the terms and conditions of refund policy.
